Lol I find it absolutely hilarious how you can make kickass wallpaper-worthy brush art, incredible mechanical designs, and create realistic backgrounds..... but have trouble drawing an anime face from the side xD

Man... I have the same problem: realism has me stuck in an anti-creative zone. I can only draw robots, not people -.-

well, relax. I have the same problem on the faces as you do. Hence, this is why I am only good at giant robots. You'll eventually just make up your own anime style.Don't worry, it will come, just as inevitable as lunch time.

It's not the faces, per se, but the proportioning. Still, you're definitely improving with every pic! You haven't drawn anything (that I can recall) with this kind of pose before, so all things considered, you nailed it :D

OH oh i see it now yeah their hair is kinda poofy and big isn't it? XD ah well i got a little carried away with that... maybe they use heavy voluming shampoo o_O
